Transition to a remote Front-End Development Role. I am currently working as a SharePoint Developer and I would like to expand my role to provide more versatility in the job market.
Learn a Back-End Language and become a Full Stack Developer. This will allow me to have more options within the Developement space and potentially find one or more remote positions.
Continue to learn within the Development space and eventually grow my own business. I would like to use this business to help those who are trying to transition into the IT arena by being able to hire them directly.
