I was first introduced to graphic design during my years managing and directing NGOs. A volunteer took me under his wing and I was very fortunate to have been given a glimpse into HTML, CSS and Wordpress. I did my best to maneuver through his intricate coding skills to update the website after he completed it. I also took great liking to Photoshop and Illustrator; creating various materials for advertising and promotional purposes.
My skills gradually improved as I eventually was able to work on website building and graphic design outside of my regular job for private clients.
I am hoping to expand and deepen my knowledge as a front-end web developer and eventually build up the skill set to become a full-stack developer.
